It's gettin' Danish all up in here!

Hello All, Here's a little update about what we've been doing. We arrived in Copenhagen bright and early Tuesday morning, fresh off the night ferry from Oslo. From there we went straight to our tour bus and started seeing the city. We saw the Little Mermaid, the Royal Palace, the King's Library, and Parliament just to name a few. We even made a stop in Christiania, because YOLO! Don't worry we didn't buy anything and even Nixon would think the hippies there were nice. Our tour guide is a hoot and he's taking us to see castles (including Hamlet's!!!!!) on Wednesday. After the tour we came back to our hotel, which SURPRISE is in Copenhagen's red light district. After getting settled (the rooms are massive by European standards) everyone headed out to wander. My group managed to find an H&M and a furrier. After working up an appetite wandering around the city the group headed out for dinner at a local place a few blocks from the hotel. The food was amazing and the place was as quaint as can be. After dinner we went to a gourmet grocer to plan our smögåsbord for tomorrow's dinner and headed back to the hotel.
